- Mixed File: The Consumer’s credit report contains information for someone else; e.g., a twin or Jr. Sr.;
- Merged File: The Consumer’s credit file is merged with someone else, often making it impossible for Consumer to obtain credit reports/file;
- Split File: The Consumer’s credit file is split/separated into separate files, leading to multiple distinct reports from the same CRA;
- Deceased Case: The Consumer is falsely reported as dead on his/her credit report(s); and
- SSN Case: The Consumer’s credit report(s) list multiple SSN variations for the Consumer.
